One of the integral elements of Indecomm’s delivery model is the Intelligent Document Hub. Indecomm’s Intelligent Document Hub‘s are specialized onsite centers that cater to the data handling and processing needs of specific industry segments. Using relevant data capture, BPM and workflow technologies, the IDH’s lead to a high degree of automation of the client processes. The IDH handles early life cycle activities including data capture and digitization and hand over the remaining processing to offshore centers. This method allows us to handle complex, end to end processes with ease. It also gives our clients the cost and scale advantages of an integrated global delivery model.

Indecomm follows stringent quality control processes, based on internationally accepted frameworks such as Six Sigma, ISO 9001-2000 and the BS 7799 security standards.
