US Recordings is a pioneer in electronic technology for the mortgage recording industry serving the residential mortgage market. US Recordings provides a wonderful complement to Indecomm’s strong technology-based business process outsourcing solutions for the mortgage industry. Brainvisa Technologies Private Limited (‘Brainvisa’) is a leading global eLearning solutions company. We, at Indecomm, believe that having Brainvisa in our fold will be the perfect complement to our business goal of optimizing our clients’ business processes, improving productivity and powering their competitiveness in the knowledge economy. Additions to Management Team Sri Vathsa – Group Head – Human Resources SriVathsa has more than 20 years of experience in the field of Human Resources (HR). He has managed the Human Resource function for Progeon and Infosys in various capacities and was head of HR for Progeon before starting his own HR consultancy. With Infosys, SriVathsa was responsible for setting up scalable systems and processes in HR to enable business growth of the organization and held highly responsible positions such as Head of recruitment and planning, Head of HR in the United States and roles with Infosys Leadership Institute. SriVathsa is an alumnus of XLRI, an Ivy League school in Human Resources Management. Balaji Venkatachalam – Group CFO and Head of Strategy Balaji has held various senior leadership positions in the areas of Finance, Operations, Technology and Business Strategy. Prior to joining Indecomm Balaji was leading Global Data and Analytics Strategy for D&B. Balaji’s 21 years of experience includes the positions of SVP – Corporate Systems and Offshore Strategy of D&B, CFO and COO of SeraNova India, International Controller of Intelligroup, Inc (Nasdaq listed software services company) and CFO of a multi-national advertising agency in India. Balaji has Bachelor and Master’s degrees in Commerce and is a member of Institute of Chartered Accountants of India and Institute of Company Secretaries of India. Nithyanandan R – General Counsel Prior to joining Indecomm, Nithya was the General Counsel of Infosys Technologies Limited. He founded the legal department at Infosys and led Infosys’ legal affairs worldwide for eight plus years. In 2005, he took a sabbatical to work in Wilson Sonsini Goodrich & Rosati in Palo Alto. His in-depth experiences include US Securities Laws, SOX, Corporate Governance, Cross-Border M&A, Venture Funding, International Employment Law, Outsourcing, IP, Privacy, Data Protection and Immigration laws. Nithya is a graduate of the National Law School, Bangalore and a Gold Medalist in Corporate and Business. Satyen Hombali – Senior Vice President – IT Services Satyen is an alumnus of IIT Chennai and has extensive experience in various capacities in the Financial Services, Manufacturing, Distribution, Healthcare, Information Technology and Government sectors. In his career spanning 26 years, Satyen has worked with companies like Tata Motors, Unilever and Price Waterhouse and has extensive experience in managing corporate IT and Software Product Businesses. Prior to joining Indecomm, Satyen was the Managing Director at NeoIT, a leading offshoring consulting firm. |
