At Indecomm, we assign the highest priority to ensuring seamless migration and delivery of client processes. Our innovative and hybrid “Onsite - Onshore - Offshore” model leverages the advantages of an onsite presence, onshore delivery center, and the benefits of a scalable offshore backend. Our hub and spoke model for offshore operations offer clients the option to carry out early life cycle activities including data capture and digitization from our onsiteIntelligent Document Hubs (IDH). IDH automates business processes using relevant data capture, BPM and workflow technologies. Through the IDH, Indecomm also provides the tools to monitor, measure and report process performance and quality and brings superior implementation skills and domain expertise in this area. Indecomm, through its specialized mortgage center of excellence, incorporates industry best practices and provides for continuous process improvements. The remaining processing is then handed over to low-cost offshore centers. A centralized technology enabled platform residing at the hub is accessed from the various spoke-centers. |
