Business Challenge Being in a paper intensive business, the client organization was facing the challenge of transforming its processes in order to do away with the inefficiencies inherent in handling large volumes of hard copy documents. The Indecomm Approach Indecomm chose a multidisciplinary core team comprising domain, process and technology consultants to study the specific requirements of the client. After evaluation, the team conceptualized a technology-based delivery platform that would address all the requirements of the client.
