The engagement delivery model is a key determinant of the success of an outsourcing initiative. Delivery models employed for client engagements have to be tailored to their specific needs to realize maximum benefits from an outsourcing initiative. At Indecomm, we assign the highest priority to ensuring seamless migration and delivery of client processes. Our innovative and hybrid “Onsite – Onshore – Offshore” model leverages the advantages of an onsite presence, and onshore delivery center, and the benefits of a scalable offshore backend.

Our hub and spoke model for offshore operations offer clients the option to carry out early life cycle activities including data capture and digitization from our onsite Intelligent Document Hubs (IDH). The remaining processing is then handed over to low-cost offshore centers. A centralized technology enabled platform residing at the hub is accessed from the various spoke-centers. This method allows us to handle complex, end to end processes with ease. It also gives our clients the cost and scale advantages of an integrated global delivery model. Indecomm has currently established IDHs for key vertical segments such as Mortgage, Remittance processing and Retail Banking.
