Job Summary

Responsibilities of the Condo Project Review Analyst position include, but are not limited to, the following:

Job Summary:
Research, investigate, obtain missing documents/data and re-underwrite loans without AUS systems in order to defend the original loan approval and respond to requests or demands made by Investors/Insurers/Servicers. Also track progress and act as a liaison with Borrowers and 3rd Party Reviewers/Legal resources.
Functional Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Reviews, analyzes and re-underwrites the request/demand against loan file documents/data, research resources (i.e. web) and supporting origination guidelines to verify the validity of the request.
  • Researches missing documents, data and ancillary information in order to fully document Rebuttal responses, including contacting borrowers for documentation and/or resubmitting VOE’s, VOD’s 4506’s, etc.
  • Prepares/submits comprehensive Rebuttal responses and supporting documentation to the requestor.
  • Insures accurate updates to systems at all times to track progress, status and observations relating to requests.
