  • Abstractor Network - Coordinator

Job Responsibilities :
  • Set-up and manage external vendor relations Abstractor Network.
  • Perform as functional bridge amongst external vendors.
  • Coordinate all vendor management tasks inclusive of working with external vendors and internal employees.
  • Ensure enterprise-wide needs for due diligence, risk assessment and continuing vendor monitoring are being accomplished.
  • Help and coordinate vendor processes and methods to approve vendors.
  • Ensure to track, measure, report and evaluate vendor performance.
  • Troubleshoot all vendor problems and present to management as required.
  • Identify improvement areas internally.
  • Identify and implement continuously enhance efficiencies associated with vendor management.
  • Participate to formulate workflow processes, methods and policies for applying vendors.
  • Ensure to collaborate with IT areas to assure vendor partners effectively manage plus contracts are completely leveraged.
  • Monitor contractual agreements for all vendors.
  • Stimulate steady process enhancement to present increasing operational efficiency in entire business partner processes.
  • Support to explore expansion across new business lines.
  • 60% Phone calling with potential vendors

Required Skills :
  • Graduate or General Education Diploma (GED)
  • Minimum 1 year related Title Search/Abstractor experience with county
  • Minimum 1 year related vendor/supply chain relationship management. (preferred)
  • Experience or Knowledge of National Abstracting
  • Comprehensive understanding of the mortgage industry.
  • Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (especially excel, word, PowerPoint and outlook) and tech savvy.

  • Release Coordinator and Software QA

Job Summary
This Release Coordinator and Software QA will lead, organize, and execute activities related to the release of custom software, as well as software testing. This position will work with both business and IT team members, located both onshore and offshore. Knowledge of IT and programming is required, including of Microsoft-centric development technologies such as .NET languages and TFS code management.

  • Release Coordinator
    • Organize and coordinate with Business and IT staff on Software Releases
    • Be responsible for Release of approved code set into Production
    • Be responsible for creating the processes for Release Management
  • Software QA
    • Be responsible for creating the processes for QA/Testing
    • Create Test Cases and Test Plans for execution during Testing Periods
    • Execute Testing Tasks and Test Plans in conjunction with other testers
    • Build a team of QA testers if needed in offshore location and shall be responsible for day-to-day functioning of the team and head the team.

    • Participate in Analysis, Planning, and Other tasks, as needed
  • Previous work experience in software release management and software testing processes
