Indecomm is committed to providing reliable and consistent service, despite potential disruptions. We have robust Business Continuity Plans (BCP) for all client engagements. These are drawn up at the beginning, in consultation with the clients, to account for all expected disruptions. On identifying the risks, we create a detailed BCP to mitigate the impact of the disruptions.
Indecomm’s BCPs span hardware, software, facilities, people and communication links. We have teams on stand-by to ensure the necessary support for crisis situations. We have multiple facilities, spread across three cities, including a dedicated remote data center equipped with the necessary back up infrastructure, which includes communication links and power generation. We ensure continuity of the client business processes by enabling seamless transition across facilities.
At a detailed level, the BCP classifies the crisis based on the degree of the potential disruption. These could range from minor outages that could cause a temporary stalling of processes, to major disasters which could cripple execution for long. We draw up a plan for every possible disruption – the plan contains the procedures to follow during a crisis to ensure continuity of the client engagement. The plan also addresses back up plans that focus on restoring normalcy in quick time.
