Our dream run was impacted in 2008 when we went through our most challenging phase in our young history. The global economic crisis took its toll on many of our clients and, quite naturally, this had a profound impact on our business. Our collective introspection confirmed that, while we had built a truly global organization, we needed to channel our energies into further consolidating our technology platform driven processes that would strengthen our customer engagements by enabling higher productivity, improving customer agility and enhancing customer service. Our deep industry-specific knowledge continues to be a further enabler in developing forward-looking insights that anticipate and respond to future events.
